Book Development and Proposals

CIPS is committed to promoting both the creativity of our members and the development of new volumes for the new series. The theme of our book series is intentionally broad so that we can accommodate a wide range of books in the series. CIPS has developed two organizational mechanisms to advance these ends.

(a) The Book Series Committee has established a Book Outreach Subcommittee, chaired by Phyllis Sloate and Chris Christian. This subcommittee will bring together members with convergent interests in common themes or issues who may wish to collaborate on the development of book projects. Members can reach the Book Outreach committee at bookoutreach@cipsusa.org.

(b) The Editorial Board is developing a team of seasoned writers and editors who can consult with members interested in publishing, and help them refine and develop their ideas as well as their written projects. Members who would like help with the development of their book projects can contact the editorial team ateditors@cipsusa.org.

Members who are interested in submitting proposals for books should contact the Series Editor, Meg Beaudoin, at bookserieseditor@cipsusa.org.
